Employee Advocacy LinkedIn Workshop

Turn your team into LinkedIn thought leaders — in one day.

A practical and energising workshop combining communication tools and professional photo session, designed to build confidence and team momentum.

Your Brand’s Most Untapped Growth Engine?

It’s Your People.

In a world where brand trust is low and corporate content blends in, the most effective strategy isn’t a campaign, it’s empowering your people.

We don’t ask employees to repost press releases or share content they didn’t write.

We create the conditions for your team to show up with confidence. Instead of forcing content, we help them translate their daily wins and expertise into authentic influence that drives real pipeline.

By Employee Advocacy, we mean…

  • Employees sharing what they work on, in their own words
  • Talking about everyday wins, company culture and learnings
  • Taking part in conversations in their industry
  • Building trust and credibility over time, in a natural way

The idea is simple:

people trust people more than they trust brands.

LinkedIn Profile

How does it work?

Find Your Voice: We lead a hands-on workshop to demystify LinkedIn and help employees find their own "storytelling lens."

Capture Your Reality: While the team collaborates, we document it. You’ll get a library of candid, high-quality photos that look like real life, not a stock gallery.

Tailored for You: Whether you’re a lean startup or an established firm, we scale the program to fit your team size and cultural DNA.

The Employee Advocacy LinkedIn Workshop is an in-person session designed to remove the friction between your team’s expertise and your business’s online presence. We help you move from forced activity to genuine authority.

The Executive ROI

Authentic Reach: Human-led content traditionally performs 10x better than corporate pages.

Visual Consistency: An end to blurry, mismatched, or outdated team photos.

Employee Advocacy: Turning your team into your most credible brand ambassadors.

The Process

Consultation

Aligning before we begin

We start with a short discovery call.

During this call:

  • you share your goals, context and team setup
  • we explore together whether the program is a good fit
  • we adapt the format to your needs

After the call:

  • you receive a clear proposal
  • we validate the scope and logistics
  • we fix the date together

No pressure, just alignment.

D-Day

Workshop and Photoshoot

On the day:

  • Laura leads the storytelling and LinkedIn workshop
  • Flóra creates guided, in-action portrait moments during the session
  • the atmosphere stays relaxed, practical and inclusive

The focus is on learning, confidence and real moments, not performance.

Delivery & follow-up

Keeping the momentum

After the workshop:

You receive the shared photo library

employees can start using the images in their posts over time.

If needed, we also offer:

  • a follow-up call to check in with your team
  • tools and ideas to maintain consistency
  • simple ways to measure what’s working (engagement, visibility, confidence)

The goal is not a one-off moment, but lasting impact.

FAQ

Who should attend from our company?

It depends on your setup and objectives.

Some companies choose to:

  • Invite their natural storytellers

People who already carry the culture, enjoy sharing, or are seen as internal reference points. Not everyone needs to post. Just those who can speak authentically.

  • Others prefer to:

Work with a selected team. For example communications, HR, leadership, or a specific department.

  • And some:

Open it more widely, on a voluntary basis. Allowing employees to join if they feel curious and comfortable.

There is no single “right” group.

We help you identify the approach that makes the most sense for your culture and goals.

Can the program adapt to our needs?

Yes! We’re flexible and tailor the program to fit your team. You can add extras like individual headshots, follow-up coaching calls, or additional workshops, whatever helps your team shine.

What are common mistakes to avoid in employee advocacy?
  • Forcing participation—advocacy works best when it feels natural
  • Leaders not participating—your team follows the example at the top
  • Failing to track results or celebrate successes—recognition fuels engagement
Does this mean my team has to become "Influencers"?

Not at all. The goal isn’t to turn everyone into a professional creator. The goal is Visibility. We help the "quiet experts" share their knowledge in a way that feels safe and professional. Some might post once a week, others once a month, both are successes if the content is authentic.

How many people can attend?

The ideal group size is between 10 and 20 people, allowing for meaningful interaction and a more engaging experience.

Where does the program take place & where are you based??

Ideally, we run sessions in your office or at an offsite location, whatever works best for your team’s environment and energy.

We’re based in Strasbourg (France), but we’re happy to travel wherever your team is.

How does success look like?

Success is measured by turning individual expertise into measurable business results. You can track the following indicators:

Visibility & Reach: A clear lift in impressions and organic reach across the team.

Engagement: Higher quality and quantity of likes, comments, and shares on employee-led content.

Inbound Traffic: An increase in website visits and click-throughs directly linked to LinkedIn activity.

Network Growth: Steady follower growth on both individual profiles and the company page.

Business Impact: A rise in leads, hires, or referrals attributed to the team's presence.

Participation: High adoption rates where employees feel confident enough to post consistently without friction.

Do we only have to use the workshop photos?

No. We encourage a mix of both.

The goal isn't to replace your team's personal photos; it’s to give us a professional baseline.

For "Live" Moments: When our team members are on a panel, speaking at an event, or out in the field—we want them to share those photos. They show the world where we are and what we’re doing in real-time.

For "Expert" Insights: Most days are spent solving problems at our desks or in meetings. This is where the Shared Library shines. Instead of using a low-quality selfie or a generic stock image to share a deep insight, we use our professional, natural shots.

The Strategy: We use live photos to show where we go, and our library photos to show what we know. This ensures our LinkedIn presence always looks high-end, even on the days we aren't on a stage.
